Today has been one of those days that felt really eventful, even though it wouldn’t seem like it if you were to retell the events to someone. I woke up around 9 and ate breakfast, at a proper dining table instead of at my desk – this alone is very out of the ordinary to me. I put my makeup on in a bathroom with windows in it, and went out to get some fresh air on a veranda. A veranda!
But this is not what my post is supposed to be about! You see, after I had enjoyed the dining table and the windows and the veranda, I took Luna for a good long walk. We walked for about an hour, we went to the shore, and it was nice and sunny and actually quite warm.
See? It was a proper nice walk :)
But we’re not done yet! On our way back home, we met a cat. Usually, cats are greeted with angry barking, and I have to hold on to the leash with both hands to keep Luna from running off to attack them. She’s a hunting dog after all, she’s trained to chase anything furry, big and small, and she loves to chase cats. But this cat, she wasn’t afraid whatsoever!
This caught our small dog very off guard.
I know this doesn’t sounds all that eventful – “took a walk and met a cat” – but I’ve had a very nice day, so there!
In other news: Being home for Easter is great. I plan on trying the sauna tomorrow :)
