And the belle wasn’t me, but my lovely friend Maren, while I played the role of her sidekick :)
That’s right, this post will be nearly completely ego free (gasp!), because today I got to tag along with one of my best friends for her first trip to a bridal shop. I myself had never been in one before. Ever! Entering the door was a bit overwhelming – outside there was rain and wind and regular old gray Bergen, while inside there was soothing music and gowns, gowns, gowns! Not to mention top hats, tiaras, shoes, wedding photos..
First lesson: Wedding dresses are huge. HUGE! And really heavy, they really do weigh a ton. I had to help Maren get them on, and have thus been appointed head corset-lacer. Woo!
Second lesson: I have never been a wedding obsessed girl. I have no idea what I want my wedding to be like. I have never drawn a wedding dress. But after being in that store, I want the biggest, fluffiest, most glittering tulle-cake of a gown. Who knew.
But, I feel like I should leave my jokes aside right now and just show you these photos instead. My girl looked absolutely stunning :)

(Okay maybe one little joke. I had to prove I was there, okay?)
I can’t wait for her wedding day! <3
