Huh? No photos of my treasure-hunting shopping trip, you say? Even when I promised to post the finds yesterday? What on earth, I could have swore I posted – OH LOOK, PHOTOS!

P.P.S: I know I promised you a review of the iPad, but we sold it. Consider that review enough – hah! I’ll buy a tablet once they can store more/handle more/cost less/use flash ;)

Link Love

And she’s back! Since I posted the Girl Crush post below, I have found out that both the HTC guy who visited my workplace this week, the web manager at work, AND my boss have stopped by my blog. Could have had a wonderful photo post on top, but no, the first thing that greets them is Megan Fox.

I’m just going to let that image sit there and simmer with you for a while.

But you know, it could have been worse. It could have been one of those awful posts where I tell you what I had for lunch or whine about being broke, or an elaborate story about how I dropped a french fry on the floor and got sad because I really wanted that french fry.

Also, I wanted to share some links with you today! Oh yes, link love time.

I wrote a guest post for Ulrikke’s blog Ask For Answers. If you can read Norwegian, go check it out!

Sofi the Swedish Scot made periodic table cookies. We decided it might be a good idea to not eat Radium, while we might have to fight over Helium.

And last but not least, the blog who has kept me literally giggling at my desk all week: Hyperbole and a half.

Link love

Today I’m going to do something I very rarely do on my blog – I know I should do it more often, but pff, I’m starting now! Better late than never.

Uh, where was I. Yes! I was going to show you three blogs that I really like. Really really like. I hope you’ll like them too :)

1. The complete truth. Swedish photoblog filled with gorgeous photos. Finding out how old the photographer is depressed me for a second – He’s 17! I smile every time there’s a new post from this one in my bloglovin’.

2. Underbara Clara. Another Swede, as I’m quite fond of Swedes. (I don’t think I’ve ever met a Swede I didn’t like.) Clara posts beautiful photos of the Swedish countryside, and writes about anything from religion to cookie recipes to feminism.

3. Hjartesmil. Hjartesmil is a Norwegian girl living in Oslo. She likes dresses and bows and her wonderful dreadlocked boyfriend. If you can read Norwegian, she’s definitely worth a read, or you can just get lost in her wonderful photographs.

In other news, I’m really looking forward to the day when I can wear one pair of tights instead of three. I hear rumors that there are people in the world who can wear no tights at all, but right now I find that very hard to believe :)

The fat housecat

Fabulous blogger Frk. Speilvendt has an avdent calendar running where she presents a new blogger every day, and today it was my turn! I had told her that I like photography, that I sometimes wish I could be a fat, lazy housecat, and that my favorite song is “Sunburn” by Muse. She then created this adorable little drawing! Cute, no? :)

I really recommend her blog for you Norwegian readers, she’s a great blogger and her advent calendar is one of the cutest I’ve seen in a long time!

In other news, my poor boyfriend is sick and I’m praying it’s not the piggie flu. Mostly because I haven’t worked long enough to earn sick pay rights yet. Hah! Just kidding, I am of course worried about the poor boy and will tend to his every cough and sneeze. We were planning to be lazy slobs this weekend anyway, so it won’t cause a huge change in plans. It’ll be the same, but snottier.
