As most of you probably know, I spend a whole lot more time behind the camera than in front of it. I absolutely love taking photos, but I turn into an absolute bread stick when being photographed by somebody else. I can’t help it! My jaw clenches and my smile will turn into the most fake looking thing you ever saw, it is truly awful. Knowing this it must seem a little weird that I volunteered to get photographed for stock photos for the company that I work for, but I figured it would be a cool experience and that the photographer must have dealt with plenty of bread sticks in his time. It did go perfectly fine, and I thought I would show you a few of the photos that I liked the best :)
We had a lot of fun running around trying to look natural while we pretended to text, chat on the phone and take photographs of ourselves, and for me personally it was cool to see how a proper photographer works out in the field. I even got to fangirl a little bit over his camera equipment – I wanted all of it, of course, but I don’t think I should get any big upgrades until I’ve outgrown what I am using now. Those things are expensive, after all – or that’s what I keep trying to tell myself, anyway ;)
